Penis Enlargement Implants
The Truth About Penis Implants

Penis enlargement implants can
be classified in the same category as penis enhancement surgery as it involves a
surgical procedure to enlarge your penis. In most cases it is used as an
aid for men who have been classified as impotent to help them achieve an
erection. It is not an effective way to obtain a larger penis. if you are
looking for penis enlargement you are better of looking at penis
enlargement traction devices.
There are two techniques;
inflatable implants and semi rigid rods.
Inflatable penis enlargement implant's main advantage, is a natural-appearing
erection with and increase in penis girth size. A pair of inflatable cylinders
are implanted inside the penis and connected by tubing to a hand squeeze pump in
the scrotum and a reservoir near the bladder filled with a fluid. When you
require an erection, you pump the fluid into your penis and an erection occurs.
To return to normal penis size you release a valve.
The disadvantages goes without
saying. Cylinders leak frequently resulting in fluid loss and the
accompanied erection loss. Inflatable penis implants involves a fair
amount of "mechanical" devices such as pumps and valves, all leading
to an increase in chances of "breakdown" or "mechanical
failure", especially during the heat of passion or intense intercourse
sessions.
The most common form of penis
implants consists of a pair of silicone rods that are implanted into the penis
via a incision.
The disadvantage of course is
that you are left with a permanent erection. This can be embarrassing.
Patient Feedback:
I have had only one patient
with a penis enlargement implant whom I treated for non related ailments so I
can only give his feedback here.
He had the penis implant done
when it became impossible for him to obtain an erection. Even through use
of erectile dysfunction drugs such as Viagra.
He complained that it was completely impractical and he eventually had the
device removed. He and his wife now concentrate on other ways to pleasure
each other. He has since been introduced to penis
extensions and has found a viable alternative to a more fulfilling sex
life.
Bottom Line
This is a very risky procedure
and only need to be considered by someone who is medically proclaimed
"impotent". Penis enlargement implants will not enlarge your
penis as they are designed to fit within the limitations of your current penis
size. They cannot "stretch" your penis to a larger size, only
provide a means of obtaining an erection.
Penis Enlargement Implants
should only be considered if all avenues of treatment of male erectile
dysfunction has been tried and failed. These include but are not limited
to impotence medication such as Viagra and Cialis, which has been found to
effectively treat male impotence.
This procedure does not
increase penis size, is risky and can lead to an uncomfortable experience.
